The Good Neighbor Award is given to a Middleton resident who exemplifies outstanding community spirit, volunteerism, and dedication to making Middleton a better place.
The nominee must be a resident of the City of Middleton.
The nominee must not be a past winner of the Good Neighbor Award
The nominee should demonstrate:
A long-standing commitment to community service
Contributions to improving the quality of life in Middleton
Volunteer work, civic engagement, or acts of kindness that go above and beyond.
