What are the festival hours?

The festival hours are 5 pm to 12 am on Friday, 9:30 am to 12 am on Saturday, and 10 am to 5 pm on Sunday

What are the carnival hours?

The carnival hours are from 5 pm to 11 pm on Friday, 11 am to 11 pm on Saturday, and 11 am to 5 pm on Sunday

Where is the Info Booth located?

The info booth is in the center of the festival grounds immediately south of the large pavilion.

Where is the Lost and Found?

In the Info Booth

Where can I park?

Parking is available on city streets around Firemen's Park and Middleton High School.  Parking is available in the lots to the east of the high school.  Handicap parking is available on the north side of the high school, your vehicle must have a handicap tag.

What do I do if I have a medical issue?

Alert our volunteers at the Info Booth who will contact Middleton First Responders for you.  They have a first aid kit for minor boo boos.

What time is the parade on Sunday?

The big parade on Sunday begins at 12 pm 

Where is the Sunday parade located?  

The parade runs the length of  Franklin Avenue from east to west then north on Parmenter Street to Lee Street.  Please see our parade info located here.

What time does the Kiddie Parade start on Friday?

The Kiddie Parade starts at 5:30 pm on Friday.  The kiddos can begin lining up at 5 pm.  Please see our parade info located here.

Where is the Kiddie Parade located?

Line up for the Kiddie Parade has moved to the eastern side of Middleton High School near the main entrance to the school.  Look for the green Infinity Martial Arts balloons and the Middeton Fire Trucks.

What are the hours for bingo?

What are the hours for the carnival?  

The carnival runs from 5 pm to 11 pm on Friday, 11 am to 11 pm on Saturday and from 11 am to 5 pm on Sunday.  

When are unlimited ride wristbands available?

Sales for unlimited ride wristbands begin at noon on Saturday, and they are good for unlimited rides from 1 pm to 5 pm on Saturday

What is the price of admission to the Good Neighbor Festival?

The Good Neighbor Festival is free to attend.  Only the carnival and bingo charge money to participate.

What is the price of the Silent Disco-Face Painting-Caricature Artist-Kids Games?

Thanks to our generous sponsors and trustees, there is no cost for the events on the grounds with the exception of bingo and the carnival

Where is the raffle?

The Good Neighbor Festival Trustees made the difficult decision to end the raffle due to low sales and the necessary number of volunteers to operate it.  

Are there vegetarian/vegan food options available?

SoHo Asian Fusion, Panchos Tacos and Pizza Extreme have vegetarian options.  Please check at individual food trucks for vegan options.

Are dogs or other pets allowed?

Animal friends on their best behavior are allowed.

Are wristbands required for all adults 21 and over who are drinking alcoholic beverages?

Yes.  Wristbands can be picked up at the wristband booth just north of the Middleton Youth Hockey beer tent.

Can I take my adult beverages everywhere on the grounds?

No.  Alcoholic beverages are NOT allowed under any circumstances at the Carnival Midway as this is Middleton Cross Plains School District property.  They are not allowed in the art fair area.  Alcoholic beverages are allowed throughout the central festival grounds within the fenced in area. 

I would like to participate in the Art Fair next year.  How do I sign up?

The Art Fair is operated by the Middleton Lion's Club.  Applications are accepted beginning mid-winter of next year.  Please check back here at that time.  For more information, email the Lion's Club here

I would like to be an entertainer at next year's festival.  How do I apply?

We book our bands not long after the end of this year's festival.  Please send an email to our Entertainment Chair here

I have a compliment-suggestion-complaint.  Where do I go to be heard?

The Festival welcomes all kinds of feedback.  Please stop by the Info Booth.  They will tally compliments-suggestions-complaints for our festival Trustees who will work to incorporate changes to the festival to keep it as Good Neighborly as possible.
